The NXL and the paintball industry as a whole needs to do a hell of a lot better job at marketing the sport. Why did I forget about paintball for 15 years after being obsessed with it as a kid? Seems ridiculous

@@stu7646 same here man. I stopped playing for 10-15 years before I jumped back in. but I guess it helps to have a full time job and pay for this sport. it is not cheap

This hits home. Played like a madman as a child/teenager. Just played the other day at camp after 14 years and now I can’t stop looking up guns and watching NXL matches over the past 2 years. I feel ridiculous for ever forgetting the love I had while playing this sport.

I am in the same boat. Played almost every weekend from 12 yrs old to 17. Have not played since until this year, and I am 33.

I just dont understand how they chop so much paint. obviously it is raining but I am a casual player and I never chop any paint. they have the best of the best products and how do they not have a tech that can make sure their guns dont chop?

Riding the line to get the brittle paint. Weather was weird Paint is made with a guess to try and match the weather No fault to techs

You mean the 1-0 match that seemed sus AF? No idea. Oliver didn’t play, so there’s much less entertainment value. That probably cost Dynasty a win.

@@somebrains5431 that’s the one! I didn’t see it, but it sounds sketch. So basically the theory goes that the match was fixed because with an exact 1-0 spread allowed both Xfactor and Impact to make sunday, while also eliminating AC Diseal? How was dynasty effected?

@@kevinb5436Dynasty might have been played differently if Oliver was there. Diesel got screwed. Anyone that paid to watch minutes of Impact silent guns with announcers yammering to fill the boredom got pissed. No movement/no shooting should = automatic towel. Looks like a few fools got Covid bc that’s been heavy for anyone flying recently.

57:40….player in the pits saying he doesn't have a hit on him.. If a reff sees a ball break off a player, but doesn’t leave any paint. The reff can still pull u out Definitely sucks , but it does happen
