Pour baking soda and vinegar in the drain . Follow it up with a pot of hot water and it will clean the drain and it is not toxic . I do this once a month and it works

Hi Ashley Because the water shoots out of your toilet, have everyone put the lid down before flushing. That should cut down on you needing to clean the walls so much.

Hi Ashley I had a plumber tell me to put ridex down the drain periodically! Also I put vinegar in my dishwasher every time I use it! It stays cleaner and smells better!

Ashley, to keep the bugs out of your plants, use Seven dust. Fertilize them with cow manure in water. It made everything grow like crazy. My mom was in a garden club, and the founder told a lady to give her dying rose bush. "Cow Tea" in 2 months the bush had grown to the roof of her 2 story house. She didn't prune them.

Could the grease stains be from cooking or do you use liquid detergent I have noticed in the past that the liquid does leave those stains but powder detergent does not.

Just a quick hack. Get you a couple of ice trays, fill them up with vinegar and freeze them and then run them down in your disposal and run your disposal and hot water and it will take a lot of that smell, if not all of it away.

Hello! 👋 I was just watching your video and heard you say about having grease stain in clothes and noticed that you put downy beads after you put in the clothes in washing machine. Maybe you can try to put in downy beads first into the drum and then put in your clothes. Maybe the beads are getting stuck on the clothes as they are dissolving and getting stuck in your clothes. Sometimes when bug people go over it only works for a few months just depends, but it you ever see anything again spray Bengal I believe is called is awesome but only inside is safe on animals too and you can leave the door or windows open at least for 10 minutes but it really works

The spots might be from the scent beads that you are using. Sometimes they just dissolve on the clothes and not in the water per se.

I have to ask when you have cleaned your washing machine? That might be the reason for those spots if it is dirty. There is all kind of residue that gets on your laundry. I clean my washer properly after every 50 loads, so it will stay fresh and clean. The other option is that it might be the end of its life and you need to buy a new one. Something is broken there and some kind of oil is spreading around your clothes. I hope that this is not the reason.

In regards to your washing machine, it could be a number of things. It could be a dirty drum. Or you could have old moldy gaskets in your machine. Or you could have a damaged belt like the drive belts or your ball. Bearings are chipped or the enamel. Our enamel is rusting. If I had the venture,a guess it may be, you have molding gaskets in your washing machine or a dirty drum. And that's what's causing those grease spots. I'm not a plumber or a professional. By any means, but I am a professional house cleaner so. I would just guess.

I would definitely call orgen, just so it's on record. Always go with your first instinct - Because you didn't move it out. You do want to get your deposit back or at least most of it. You don't want damages and they keep from your deposit. not worth it let them know. And I would also let the owners know.
