Fall is always the time of allergies for me too and nothing unstuffed my nose but i just discovered something that helped soo much. ..its the Sinex Severe Nasal Spray vapocool 12hr congestion relief. Girl try it too it works but when you spray it does burn the nose a bit

Hi Laura, have you tried a neti pot for allergies? This time of year in So Cal the allergies get stirred up. I like using diffused peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil for sinuses.

Hi I Worked in allergy, I’ve never heard of a once yearly shot. You actually go in weekly for about 18-30 weeks (that’s when you see full effects) then it goes to once a month (maintenance). This was my office and other places close to us so it could totally exist I’m just not familiar with it. It’s actually such a long term commitment it’s kind of a pain. /:

I was coming here to say this ! I use to get the shots and to start out even was going a couple times a week to get to that maintenance dose. But I was never told that you get to a yearly schedule, monthly was the "end goal".
