Hey Syd! Benzoyl peroxide “cancels out” the effects of tretinoin when used too closely together! They recommend using the benzoyl peroxide face wash in the morning and tret at night for the full effect. Just thought I’d help and share as a fellow acne girly who used to be on tret ☺️❣️ love the vlog!!

I have been on accutane and tried so many things for my skin, but my tried and true for almost a year has been the Think Clinically Clean facial cleanser. It might dry your face a tiny bit, but it’s SO worth it. I also use the “viral” face spray from Amazon after I do anything that might break a sweat or get my face dirty!! I hope this helps!!!

Double cleansing with CeraVe’s oil cleanser and then Panoxyl at night time has literally changed my life. That combo and spironolactone are the only reasons I haven’t gone back on acutane! Highly recommend.

I use that same face wash every day! I saw somewhere if you leave it on for a min or so before you wash it off it works better, or seems so for me! Also don’t be surprised if it bleaches your towels…

Just remember with panoxyl, it needs to be on your skin for 1-2 minutes to work! Usually I put it on and brush my teeth with it on, then rinse it off

Panoxyl has an ingredient that bleaches your clothes, towels, etc. I have a dedicated towel & tshirt I use when I wash with it just FYI!

Unsolicited advice I’m sorry but I gotta throw it out there cause my own experience. Not every is affected but when I was taking nutrifol I kept breaking out and I didn’t realize it’s cause the biotin in it. With in 48 hours of stopping my skin finally stopped breaking out. And it was all breakouts below the nose to my jaw and chin. Just thought I’d throw it out there 🤷🏻‍♀️
