தேங்காய் பால் - ¼ Cup
மிளகு - ½ TSP
சோம்பு - தேவையான அளவு
பட்டை - தேவையான அளவு
லவங்கம் - தேவையான அளவு
ஏலக்காய் - தேவையான அளவு
கொத்தமல்லி - தேவையான அளவு
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 4
தனியா - ¾ TSP
மிளகாய் தூள் - ¾ TSP
மஞ்சள் தூள் - சிறிதளவு
தனியா தூள் - 1½ TSP
வெங்காயம் - 1
தக்காளி - 1
கறிவேப்பிலை - தேவையான அளவு
தேங்காய் - 2 துண்டுகள்
இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது - 1½ TSP
