Madhu garu one suggestion, by adding salt n extracting the natural water contents from the menthi koora, you are removing the major nutrients. Please dpnot do this. It's ok if it's slightly bitter, we should eat healthy without wasting the nutrients.

Madhu garu you really did a delicious receipe. We do dall and methi, methi parota also delicious. We can sprinkle DRYED methi that is kasuri methi on potatoe fry and also for hot chat. I love all leafy veggies. Haa Siva garu ok you ate Bajji mirapakaya. Sure madhu garu, Siva garu will wait for next receipe. Please try Palak with mutton keema it’s also very delicious receipe. Summer season is very hot and for some days asani tuffan came . But the climate is hot only. I came to grandparents home and chilling for some days managing with cooler. But night time out side is like natural ac at palakonda.

Till now I don’t know this recipe and want to try this recipe but not sure we can mix menthi and chicken , because in Toronto we mostly get menthi and spinach only finally got clarity so we can do seeing this video.
