This is where I grew up :) Edit: if you ever go back to Clearwater, the island south is called Sand Key and it's mostly a residential area. Theres a place called "Bay Park" that has FREE parking and a beach access across the road. The sand is different from Clearwater Beach but its really nice and quiet.

Pro-tip for your omelet: whisk your eggs in a bowl before pouring it in the pan. Once the pan is hot, pour it in and let it start to cook on the bottom. Once a thing layer has cooked on the bottom take a knife and cook a few slits through the omelet. This lets the runny egg slip through to the bottom to cook, then you never have to flip it! Put your toppings/cheese in, fold it in hal to get it to melt and voila!
