In my office I have witnessed 204bs carry and manage in the same day. However i was told they are not allowed to work a minute pass 8hrs. So if the carried for 2 hours then went to supervise till 1800. Thats definitely a grievance. However it can also be because of our local that it is even possible.

the 204B question, you can start carrying then go to higher level, but you can't start higher level and go to carrying.

@ronaldwilliams8776 it's a locality thing. We still have them. APWU is trying to force their lead clerk positions and their 90 day limits as grounds to eliminate the use of carriers as 204bs. Some places mgmt bought it, some places they told to go kick rocks.

Carrier craft only… 204B can go back and forth so long as they do NOT go into OT… exception is if all OTDL, CCA &/or PTF are maxed.

If your a CCA on a hold down management can’t remove you off the route unless it’s the T6 day for the route or the regular returns. If they do you can file a grievance .

I called in but only requested 1 day thinking I would be in the following day but I ended up having to call in 3 days in a row and they said it counted as 1 call in since it was back to back. Does the same principle apply to FMLA if it was back to back for the 3 days or would it be considered using all 3 FMLA's for that month?

Im a CC, These people are pushing so much a bout time. Who can I speak to about them. They follow me in the street. They give me a hour and a half to do about for bundle biz and reds mix. It's just crazy how they are pushing people with the time.

18/8. That’s your only standard to make, you have no “times”. Other than that, as long as you’re not wasting time, they can’t do anything to you. No street standard, no walking standard, etc. Take your breaks, take your lunch, be safe, and do the best you can man.
