My parakeet reminds me when he has not been able to watch Gizmo. He starts squawking in the evening. When I turn Giz on he starts chirping and chattering away. It's really cute....thanks for giving him a buddy 😁

I am so addicted to watching Gizmo videos. I really want one someday. But for now I live vicariously through watching these. I'm not financially equipped to have one right now and I want to be responsible so I just watch Gizmo and the other birds. I love that you guys teach people what it really takes to own one and bring awareness. Thank you!

Me too I actually tbh was not a fan of birds most my life and had a terrible fear of them as a child long story but it was from a eater egg hunt at my family’s cabin let’s just say I thought I found the egg but it wasn’t chocolate and the mother pecked my head 30 times til I released it regardless for whatever reason after a accident I was semi paralyzed temporarily on my right side couldn’t walk for over 4 months and I found Gizmo and found myself so entertained by his character but so incredibly intrigued by him and his many abilities watching him really helped me overcome a lot of anxiety and depression it’s been a difficult time to say the least but that awesome bird of yours really helped my process so now not only am I addicted to GIZ ‘S videos but so are my 2 frenchie babies lol we put him up on the big screen and they’re entertained for hours thank you for sharing him with us. It’s been so helpful so many people and it’s great because not all of us are able to take on the responsibility and life long commitment to a bird like Giz your wonderful people and great parents so a big thank you to your fellow Canadian friend in the North !! #Gizmo for prime Minister who is with me😂???love ya GIZ and family ❤❤❤❤❤

I love watching Gizmo! I have a Red Lord Amazon parrot, he talks quite a bit, I tried to teach him to sing but to no avail! He gets excited hearing Gizmo❤

Giz says "Birds don't bathe" - mine loathes water - we tried a shower once and he freaked out. He preens his feathers but they have downy dust feathers ("powder down") as they don't have an oil gland like other birds - you will sometimes see a puff of fine dust when you scratch them.

There are birds in rescues that cost thousands of dollars. Sometimes tens of thousands. There are no rescues that have reasonable adoption fees. If they wanted good homes for them all, they wouldn’t treat it like a big money business.🤷🏼‍♀️ They must get a lot of charitable contributions too, so there is little incentive to find them homes. It all seems like a grift to me.
