Saying it very very genuinely but to loose weight you have to be on a calorie deficit. The smoothie you had has a lot of calories, even though you think you're eating healthy if you're eating on a surplus then you'll gain weight. I am no nutritionist but maybe you can look into calorie deficit and talk to a proper nutritionist about it. Other than that I love your vlogs :)
