You’re dead on! The rain falls on the just and the unjust (or those that know God and those who don’t…yet). History is full of examples of people that had a certain amount of wisdom-not the saving knowledge of Jesus, but wisdom nonetheless-who “knew” when big changes were coming. At least some First Nations people in America “knew” that their civilization was crumbling and that the appearance of “pale people” would be a harbinger of its demise. I’m not saying this SHOULD have happened; but that some of them knew it would. There’s other examples too but that one is top of mind for me now.

I'm talking complete Serenity!!! Peace that surpasses all understanding. I was listening out for the Lord just letting him know I was there and talking to him about everything and praying about everything that came up on my mind. While I was praying I realized I didn't just want to do all the talking. God already knows everything we are the ones that need to learn from him. This huge move to doing everything on technology is robbing us from our physical belongings. Now you can't barely even own something digitally, you have to pay monthly to keep it and it can still disappear at any time. Is there something they don't want you to know or have access to? Poof, it's gone! Have you read Farenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury? Our libraries are closing, movies and music are hard to find on disc, newspapers and books are online, maps aren't used anymore because they're on the phone, our pictures are kept on devices that could quit working and be gone forever, even spending time with friends and family is done online or over the phone.
