I love what you have created, but I clearly prefer the earrings, they are more simple for an everyday look and less flashy 👍 I dont have these premo opal and Pearl clay, but I think that I Will buy some of each, same for translucent, because I dont think we can findthese in other brands 🤔 Thanks for this video, I Will try for sure when I Will have the supplies ! 😉

Pam carr - in order to avoid shiny spots due to clay touching my tile I cut a 12x12" or larger piece of an old t-shirt, crumple fabric over my baking tile and place clay on top. No shiny spots and certainly affordable.

I think eyeshadow and those mica craft powders are the same thing without the mineral oil and other ingredients eyeshadow has.

Very beautiful, I love your faux opal pendent, but I think it would look even better with a contrasting colour boarder around the cabochon, to make it stand out more, I've seen tutorials, of faux opal making using acrilic to color the tiny chopped up bits ,,but it don't look good,,,and rather dull,,,the idea of using mica power is a brilliant idea, can this pendent be done without resin? ,,And thankyou for your tutorial.👍🏵💐🍁🌹🌺

Translucent is close to clear. Pearl is shiny white like pearls, and white is flat white. Hope that helps!

I know that I watched this years ago, but when my phone kicked the bucket, so did all of my crafts and pictures. I have to say that these faux opals don't look faux at all. How do you know to make a stone/gem the way you do? The many steps that you incorporate in your videos are pure genius! I wish that I had your ability to create such beautiful things! With the colored resin, can you just add the resin ink/dye to the resin? What is the difference between resin pigment and alcohol inks? Can they be interchanged? Well, before I have you writing a book, I'll say thank you for all of the beautiful works that you share! I do so look forward to Sundays. I'm working on a clay version of the Christmas cactus blossom. No luck so far. I didn't thank you for the southwestern look of beads that you created. So, thank you now! You're the best!!! 🩷💛💚🤍
