Though I don't think Trump is the finest candidate, the United States and the globe would benefit greatly from his forceful alternative. Although this is a matter of view, some felt that Trump's "America First" policies improved the U.S. worldwide posture. Should the Democrats have a more qualified candidate, things may change. Still, strong leadership helps the United States present a better global picture. While Trump's leadership seems disorganizing for society, some contend it offers a required counterpoint to alleged U.S. weakness. Though the theory of its immediate contribution to a third world war is hypothetical, the U.S.'s unclear stance on global hegemony might contribute to future world crises. In reaction to crises like China's own, Palestine and Israel, and even the state of Myanmar, where the Nobel Peace Prize laureate remains imprisoned following a military takeover, China is keenly monitoring the United States' actions or perceived inactivity. Although the U.S. has sanctions on influential people, there has been no military action, which raises questions about future world dynamics. China's aspirations for Taiwan are well-known. Widely accepted both inside and outside of China, Xi Jinping, the President and leader of the Communist Party, has made reunification with Taiwan a priority. If China and Russia were to assert a more dominant role in global leadership, the balance of power would undoubtedly shift. While it's speculative to suggest that Europe would be completely powerless, the fact remains that both China and Russia have been challenging Western-led norms such as racial equality, social fairness, and human rights. The international community has not turned a blind eye to the human rights abuses in these nations, with China's treatment of Uyghurs and Russia's actions in Ukraine drawing widespread condemnation. Some contend that if we wish to preserve life and the planet as we know it, the United States has to keep its status as a world power. Historically, especially through organizations like the United Nations, which upholds human rights and other important principles, the United States has been a significant factor in maintaining the international order. American military and economic might have greatly aided in supporting these worldwide organizations.
