Soooo so proud of you Bell. It takes so much to be vulnerable and open up especially about what you have been through. This is such an important topic to break down the stigma, and start a conversation about this topic. I am sooo sorry you had to go through that, especially when you went and travelled Europe to enjoy yourself, and put yourself out there again. I do agree with the title of this Sunflower Session, what you go through is not your fault, you didn't ask for this to happen. But what you learn from it, is that it is okay to vulnerable, it is okay to be anxious, but you are so strong and I am grateful for you and the Sunflowerbbys Community. Love you forever 😚💌

So sorry this happened to you and it definitely wasn't your fault in any element, it's 1000% on that person. He is a monster. The only thing i'll say (and i know it's easy to say) but I feel like there should be a time to go back and press charges or somehow try and get accountability, as if this guy is still walking around and he'll likely strike again (you would imagine) I feel it would be 'right' to try and bring him to justice. I know it probably feels like an impossible task, but looking into legal matters also might provide more closure in a way. Again, so sorry this happened to you. None of it was your fault and hope you continue to heal. You're doing amazingly.

I sensed a hint that your depression might have hit such a low that to continue living became a struggle. That's when you definitely "thank yourself" for surviving to even begin the recovery. No one else can make that decision because that is the ultimate power one has over themselves....to decide to Live. But moving forward I'm sure you realize that the every decision you make now should be out of the Love of yourself, and the Love of those around you who you are truly grateful for. Heal. Heal and know your limitations. Fix those medical issues, be strong both mentally AND physically, THAT is how you can Live life. And not just saying F-it and seeing the World in your 20s. It's seeing everything for your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, etc etc etc. Play the long game, because there is soooo much more Life to Live. 🙂:-))))))

I’m not one usually to comment but I wanted to thank you, thank you for sharing how you came back from something so horrible, like others I’m sure, but I didn’t know I needed to hear this.
