Meet Strawberry Moon & Comet

The last babies born this season (they make 62!) are super sweet and watched over by their attentive mom, the three barn cats and all the humans who visit the farm. Now that kidding season is over they have our undivided attention and have spent lots of quiet time out exploring with their mama!
After 60 other kids, we were so relieved to have the last two out happy and healthy and super lovey. Since the barn cam has been temporarily down after a lightning storm, figured you might want to see a little bit of what they have been up to. Mama Cinnamon is such a good mother and never lets them out of her sight!

I like that word, "goatlets." Really I do. Like it better than goat "kids." It's amazing how much they look, sound, act, and even jump around like lambs. But of course the lamb's tail hangs down and a goat's sticks up.

Two new cuties into the large family of goats you have. Such sweet little angels, both of them are. Kitty is doing well to keep watch, while Mama Cinnamon stays a good mother to her babies. Pleased to see them already displaying their natural instincts to bounce around playfully, and jump onto high places.
