I always do a slide on the high e string f note to the g when transitioning from a c to a g chord at the beginning. It gives it that extra beautiful sound! I have been playing this finger style for years, and I usually play it after the Eucharist.

Listening to this song, I can clearly feel the "ocean". Its vastness that is impossible to really know. Also ever capricious - one day sunny and calm, another day stormy and raging. But that descending progression, ah I really love it. I feel the mountainous waves folding over with that part, tumbling over slowly, repeatedly in that infinite water. This is too beautiful!
