If you hover 1 item over another item for like 2 seconds or so, a bar will fill up and it will craft the item. (Just hover 1 item over another and you will see the bar i am talking about)

I like your videos a lot. But today it's a little bit heavy for me to watch it. I'm a little bit stupid and don't take it personally, but I'm getting angry when I'm hearing these snitching noises the whole time in nearly every video. Really, don't take it personally, I got the same problem when I'm hearing someone eating and snitching or chewing a bit to loud. It's my own stupidness.
