Technically the Japanese didn’t sink the ship. They damaged her, we were going to tow her in for repairs but kept getting attacked under tow. So the decision was made to scuttle the ship.

I believe there may be a chance to raise some wreckage in various oceans. I'm not closed off in my thinking that the only response is you go bring it up. Ass.
