omg my son who is 3 and got diagnosed last january with autism and i struggle alot with it and been wanting to follow a youtube family who also has a child with autism and im also from upstate ny please do more videos on what u do with ur son i pray to god everynight that my son starts talking its hard to deal with i sometimes feel so alone in all this in so happy u guys shared this with us this whole time ive been following u and i had no idea

+alex gonzalez i had no idea her son had autism.. my son is 8 and is autistic and he was non verbal until age 4. he still has a longgg way to go but just keep up with speech therapy and it will happen over time.

I love your reference to The Alchemist. It was so beautiful. I listened to the audiobook because I'm legally blind. It touched my heard that you spoke about the beauty of the journey. I was struggling with that for the first four years of losing my vision, I was fixated on a cure. There is none. I didn't want to think about my disease, identify with it, anything unless a cure or treatment was involved. Now my focus has changed and I see the beauty is the struggle. It makes it a little easier now that I'm more present and positive.

Alba, I honestly admire your family and their values. Growing up in a Pacific Islander culture, family is such a big thing and hearing that at Christmas everyone slept over that is soo cool. So many people worry about where everyone is going to sleep but everyone can just crash anywhere. LOLs I know it's abit random but having family is so important and many people take it for granted. Hey miss Alba, I just wanted to thank you. You uploaded this video which prompted me to start watching some off your old vids that I hadn't seen for whatever reason. I have been dealing with itchy scalp recently and breakage in the same spot but upon watching one of your older vids(not too old) you mentioned Rosemary oil and peppermint oil, which I had among a few others and let me tell you itching have been replaced to a wonderful tingle and I am taking your hair growth challenge. I've always been using the same oils but get lazy sometimes but I'm giving myself until the end of June to see results because I'm a year natural because I keep cutting off my hair at a certain length but this is it, no more cutting. Thank you again for your advice.

Have you tried a ketogenic diet for your son? It is great for treating epilepsy and many other disorders.

Thanks! And you are right, it is not easy at all. If there was one diet I would tell everyone to Improve their health, it would be Ketogenic. I also heard lots of success with cbd oil and epilepsy.

Fine Natural Hair and Faith oh I'm so sorry to hear that. Yes, please look into it. Most doctors and big pharma don't want people to know about this diet because it heals all kinds of illnesses (especially epilepsy & cancer) and they cannot make money selling their drugs. It might sound like a crazy diet when you first read about it because it is everything we have been told NOT to do, but it really is amazing! My whole family has been eating keto for years and we've never been healthier! Best of luck. Sending love from Hawaii :)

I read however that you shouldn't do it with kidney problems so I'm reluctant to try it for my son but I need to lose some poundage and get out of my pre-diabetic state so I'll research further. thank you again!
