Am I the only one who gets hesitant to put my hair in a style when my curls are on point (usually Days 1, 2, and 3) because I don't want to stretch them out or ruin them? That's why I love the styles in this video. None of them stretch the hair out too much. :)

Definitely agree, I had heat damaged my curls from flat ironing. I learned the protein treatment method from her, and the curls bounced back. At first I never thought I'll see my curls again.

Inspired to go natural after watching your transitioning videos & have experienced great results in length, after approx. 8mos of no relaxer. However after a recent blowout I've noticed some shedding & thinning causing various lengths, that I initially transitioned to prevent. I desire health opposed to length, which will come, so I'm back to the drawing board with the wash & go, LOC techniques until I achieve my desired hair health & curl pattern again. Recently gave my hair a big chop - hadn't cut it for over a year .. its hard to find hairdressers in AUS who understand naturally curly hair and wont charge you an arm and a leg to cut it ... Lua Stutzer I wish I had more time, but honestly 1 video takes like 3 days of my time because Im not able to film, edit, and upload all in one day without other priorities due to my lifestyle and having a child with a high demand attention by my husband and I. So my process isnt the same as other youtubers I just try to make it work for me so that making videos isnt a stressful thing, its suppose to be fun and a hobby for me. I usually film on one day, then continue on with my day as a mom, then edit little by little the next 2 days unless I stay up til 4am after my son goes to bed. I just dont like to make it hard for myself because then its no longer fun or something I want to do you know... Anyway I did a Get ready video recently but I call it "Completed Look" instead of get ready

Apply oil prior to swimming and reapply oil and a deep conditioner to style after swimming until you get home to cleanse. I recommend co-washing for those swimming to cleanse hair without stripping moisture

Hey alba my daughter has curly hair just like urs ive only used shaemoisture products on her since baby. I only wash her hair once a week. But recently I noticed her hair starting to smell damp. I do spray to re wet her hair to style it.everyday. I use the cocnut hibiscus scent that smell amazing but somehow the dampness smell seeps through. I use a microfiber towel and then let airdry. I dont want to wash her hair too often . any suggestions??????

How old is she? I know it's different sometimes especially with genders but my son is 6 and I co-wash his hair like every 2 days and I use very minimal water to restyle or a water based detangle leave in like the spray one I showed in this video it's actually his not mine. With kids keep it simple and clean. I don't use heavy products in his hair and I don't use any Shea moisture products in his hair. Just light leave ins and conditioner to style
