Thank you so much for taking our requests into consideration. I'm so happy to have a new and different ab routine! I usually do the slim in 6 by beach body ab routine and I think my body is just so used to it that it's sort of lost it purpose. This new ab routine is great because it changes it up for me and poses a challenge. My core is so sore, I love it!!!! Thank you

I like this workout but their recent ones are better. I like that they talk you through it, I ended up missing some of these moves because I didn't realise they had moved on haha

I had the same problem for a while. I could barely hold a plank or anything to do with my wrists holding wait. First, make sure that you are not hyper extending your elbows as that puts pressure on your wrists, the flat inner sides of your elbows should be facing eachother when your arms are extended. I found that between doing arm moves (bicep curls) and slowly increasing the number of plank/balancing moves involving the wrist that they strengthened enough for me to do these types of moves!

when i first did them the first couple of times they hurt as well but i kept doing them and i grew stronger. i suggest you keep on doing them or study there positions and make sure your adjusting yours like them

Love this one and the lift and tone booty routine. Both are perfect for me and over the last few weeks of using these routines I have noticed a change. Going home in a few weeks (where it is summer) and I need a bikini body for that!

You girls are my inspiration :) I have a question! i have kind of a lot of stomach fat, do you know how long it will take to get a flat stomach or abs if i do this workout 4 times a week? I'm trying to get a flat stomach by at least February and this seems like a great workout, I just want to know how long it will take :)

hey girls! i really loved this video, but i have reallllly weak wrists and its hard to not hurt them when doing alot of plank positions. do you have any advice on how i can strengthen them. or an alternative position i can do? thankyou so much

Side crunches, twist ups, opposite elbow to opposite knee that is if you're talking about strengthening the obliques. If you're looking to lose weight, cardio and a diet plan may be worth looking into

Hi, can someone tell me if just following the Tone it Up workouts on here would work without buying the plan? Can anyone give me any tips where to start or what work outs to do? I've already lost 90 lbs without working out. (big mistake) I still would like to lose 15- 20 more lbs. And I really need to tone up my belly, upper thighs and lose more at my waist hips area. Any feed back would be much appreciated..Thanks

I almost didnt watch this out of fustration of usually not being able to do ab circuts because of my hip (I have hip displasia) but there are only two exercises I think may be a challenge for me (v-sits and tornados). What a pleasant suprise!!! Thanks girls!!!!

I feel like that happens to me sometimes too. When it does, I usually try to adjust my movement to have it concentrate on the core. So I try to utilize the abs as much as I can.

I know what your talking about mine happened after I had my daughter almost 4 years ago. Its not womanly no body likes it Iv found that since I started doing ab work outs along with cardio and total body streagth and toning work outs its really helps
