I actually like that the master bath doesn’t have a bathtub and you can use that for a glam space. Most everyone I know that has a large bathtub, it’s only for looks and not utilized. We have one and I’ve been in it maybe 5 times in 12 years. My granddaughter has used it but again only a handful of times.

First, of all CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The mortgage process is not easy and no, it’s not personal. Everyone has to provide the same documentation. I’m a mortgage underwriter and I find fraud in loan applications all the time. You can thank the fraudsters for all the hoops you had to jump through. You’ll get a bigger tax refund now because you can claim the interest and taxes as deductions and the first year you can deduct a portion of your closing costs.
