Well there are some things I don't like about our constitution , the main thing I hate is discrimination in marks , like general need 90% and stsc only 60 , just why that ( I am not sure it was in constitution or not but I always face this rule and gets to bottom just by this rule because I need 90% and they need 60%

well in the time the constitution was drafted the stsc were underprivileged the reason for the reservation was to give them an equal opportunity considering at the time they were extremely marginalized and lacked major resources. even now many people are in extremally backward section of the society who don't use this reservation to its fullest leading the already prosperous scsts to take unhealthy advantage of this opportunity. (

Well, why they have reservation is because sc st groups are vulnerable to attacks if reservations didn't exist. There are a high chance that they won't get for what they studied. Also, I've heard that obc groups get much higher reservation than sc st groups. So it isn't just sc st who's getting the privileges.
