Absolutely love it. I always wanted to see doom in 3rd person. I use to have to imagine what doom guy would look like running around killing demons. You made my dream come true.

So... how does one make videos like this? Did you play through the level and save that playthrough? And then record the playback in 3d mode? And might I ask what source port, video capture software and editing software you use?

this is really interesting to watch. not sure about the BGM.. i think i would have preferred just original SFX + BGM. another option is you could do commentary, which would then make it a 3rd person 'let's play' of DooM, which would probably be the first of its kind on youtube i reckon. still, very enjoyable nonetheless :)
