Hello, I'm in Michigan USA. Nearly 5 yrs ago I was involved in a car accident where a man ran into the back of my car as I was stopped at a red light. He pushed me 35 or more feet and turned my car 45 degrees. I received a severe head trauma, a TBI, traumatic brain injury. Senses time my life has changed. I know it's easier said than done but try everything you can to not give into the fear. Even though this virus is very real, remember that the media always hypes these things up and makes it seem worse than it is. What is it you can change and what is out of your control? (Serenity prayer works wonders here). Try reading informative material online instead of the fear-based info that is screaming into everyone's faces. This will blow over before we know it! Ask yourself how you can best take care of yourself during these times, does it make you feel good to stay at home for the most part, or could it actually help you relax if you would distract yourself from this thing and go to a friend's house f.x.?
