Hi, thank you for watching my video The Safety distance : I can fly over uninvolved people, but I should avoid it if possible. Prohibition on flying over gatherings of people. maximum height 120 meter from the starting altitude maximum and visual control. For : 250g maximum drone no permit needed but you must register the drone on Swiss government website. For : more than 250g you need to get permit. You must register your drone in the swiss government official website for any drone even 250g drone. That protect you from criminal issues. www.bazl.admin.ch/bazl/en/home/drohnen/uasgate.html I fly 250g registred drone and have licence for 900g drone. i am registred officially in CH official website. After that you can easily fly, avoid some non fly zone that you can controle in Swiss aerial zone map, and every canton's specific Law. Swiss have 26 cantons with their own Law so need to careful about that before flying. Hope that you help, have a safe flight

@@NihalAbdualla Yes the red zone is not allowed for drone. But when you touch that zone there is a message with more information. For example: in Zermatt you can fly with drone that is under 251g. For airport it will not allowed etc. So don’t hesitate to take screenshots of the message and translate by google translate to help you. Don’t forget to register online every drone that you fly even 250g. This is very important.
