Was here with my 2003 Grand Vitara in early 2021. 29" tires, 2" lift and unlocked in the front and rear. Watching this episode, we had a a lot drier condition and the track was less rutted out, but I still have flashbacks of the seemingly endless winching and track building with maxtrax 😅

If you are scared of hydro locking the engine pull all the spark plugs than hit it with the key the pistons should displace the oil in the cylinders if anything is in them. But before you pull the spark plugs blow the dirt out first. Now if you want you can pull the plugs a use a screwdriver as a dipstick to check if any oil is in the cylinder first or use a flashlight ( torch light )

Awesome vid guys really enjoy this series! It never ceases to amaze me that so many people don't get that you fit bigger tyres, to give more clearance between the diffs and the ground. Suspension travel and height will not change diff clearance. Such a simple thing yet so many guys don't realize it.
