Sorry, but there are several problems with that statement of yours: You, me, and all the other viewers don't know how Mr. Beast is really like behind the scenes and how he actually treats his employees when the camera is off. We only get to see the edited parts, the "good" parts, the parts where Mr. Beast is being, well, Mr. Beast, the persona we all like and adore. It would be pretty stupid for any content creator to show themselves while mistreating any of their employees. While I'm not saying that Mr. Beast is that kind of person, it can't completely be ruled out and it's not unlikely for this to happen. With the big amount of money you get as Mr. Beast's employee, one probably would also tend to keep their mouths shut even if Mr. Beast treated you like trash. And this kind of dependent and toxic employer and employee relationship is not unlikely to happen in the business world. Again, not saying this is the case, but I would be very careful jumping to any conclusions regarding his off-camera personality.

I believe mr beast is genuine. Employees that fk up and get fired, tend to say slanderous things. Like this summer we had to fire a guy due to dissapearing on the job and leaving rides running unattended with guests on them. He then filed a civil lawsuit claming we were racist lol And then we had a guy with possibly mental issues on our team, and I had to let him go at the end of the summer. I reached out to another part of the company and they were willing to give him 40hrs to start and I put in a good word for him. After a week, he says he want to work at the local co-op (grocery store) and declines the offer. Then he went off on me via text saying how terrible I was for letting him go and not everyone else (which was false because I was in the process of letting a few others go). People are insane.

A lot of bosses are literally terrible but have ways of keeping the others loyal and in line to back them up. Sometimes it’s the threat of firing them too… other times (like in mr beasts case) he throws money at everyone which makes them feel like a dick if they criticize someone giving them free money. It also baits them into thinking maybe there’s more if they just stay loyal. Beast is sus if you don’t just take everything him and his team says as true. Fucker had a whole pr machine behind him. Now there is such a better atmosphere in the offices. She was helpful when it came to really bad employees, but she's been unfair to good employees as well. Not many people miss her at all. And our cleaning boss is awful, any compliment you give her, she will find something negative to say. She even tried spreading rumors about me because I asked for something politely through text on her day off (I didn't know). As someone who has worked for Mrbeast and seen how his production teams operate. I think there's something that a lot of people who leave/quit/fired forget to clarify. Mrbeast (Jimmy D.) and Mrbeast KZbin company are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. Jimmy Donaldson from my brief interactions and watching him work is as genuine a person as any. Ya, he plays it up for the camera and is more reserved IRL, but he's a pretty generous guy that reflects his channels values. Mrbeast the KZbin company (speaking only to video production) is a nightmare. I know for a fact several contractors lied on their resumes and got way in over their heads. Meanwhile the people who have worked on Multi-million $ sets had to pick up their slack and got blamed for their team mates short comings. They have no process, their "writers" don't write, creative can't make up their mind or lock a (non-existent script). The editors and camera team are pretty dope though. And there's also several of Jimmy's friends who are actually great people I love. But there are a handful of people there who make the work environment so much harder than it needs to be.

Allegedly the sexual assaults and harassment that have taken place (and continue to happen) has created too many scenarios where the company needed to pay "hush money" to keep from getting bad "PR" and and getting canceled.

I am curious in regards to the first guy's allegations, I was in a similar circumstance in regards to how i dealt with an employer that would actively harass and organise harassing of employees that were both currently working for and were working for the company but had left. On leaving the company my anxiety got the best of me and tried to ensure everything with the staff/management was positive as had seen soooo many staff before me get destroyed/tormented even after they no longer worked for the company so far as management calling new employers for the staff and making false allegations, looking back i wish i'd openly admitted everything there was as toxic as it actually was alot sooner, it can be easy to not wish to make things worse especially when it revolves around your finances and keeping your head above water. Having been through this kind of circumstance it does make me wonder how much of the first fella walking everything back might have been him trying to avoid social harassment like the comments/vids that were shown afterwards and if that had anything to do with the "retraction/apology" or not.

It honestly kind of sucks that Mr. Beast's crew has diminished greatly since the pandemic. Now it's really just Karl, Nolan, Chris, and Chandler. And Chris and Chandler aren't there as much as Karl and Nolan. I liked when Mr. Beast would do challenges with his friends instead of random subscribers, because it was consistent and we learned to love them. But now, it's different people every video...

True but if it was always his friends then the prizes are pointless since the money would just be revolving around one group. At least with new players more people get opportunities to win. Mr Beast’s friends don’t need the money, they already work with him.
