It basically depends on how much budget friendly you wanna be. To reduce you expense go with a friend (not gf). Share your scooty and food expense. I toured Rishikesh in just 5500 from delhi and back. Get a good ac bus to rishikesh- 500 to 600 Book your hostel for 600 appx. Hire a scooty or bike for 2/3 days 500 appx. Perday Use the slope to save fuel to cut expenses. Mark the places where you wanna go as mentioned in this video. Food expenses, adventures, travel etc. Return back to delhi

When we went to triveni ghat one thing that gave me goosebumps was that it was so crowded that ppl couldnt attend or see ganga aarti so everyone crossed barefootedley across the river even though the stones specifically the red ones were slippery and stood on the rocks. One thing abt here is they romanticize every spiritual thing which makes u feel close to god😊.
