My wife if from Norwich NY, and I'm from fairly flat, very hot/dry central TX. Fillmore Glen was the very first waterfall complex we went to on my very first trip to Upstate NY after our marriage, and I was just entranced by the sound and sight of falling water. It's not nearly as impressive as some others within a 50-mile radius, but it was my first. Now, we make sure to see several of our favorite falls every year, and try to add a couple of new ones, too. So much beauty in the Finger Lakes, the Catskills, and the Adirondacks!

Loved that one shot where the water was seeping out of the rock, so pretty! Looks like a nice trail and no crowds.

We definitely got their early and avoided the crowds. But there were some starting to show up near the end. It’s a fairly remote park though, so still much lighter attendance than the other gorges in the finger lakes!
