Bol Bol is from I believe the dinka tribe in South Sudan. They are all built like that. I don’t believe he can actually gain much more I mean it’s his genetics you seen his dad and any of his relatives all of them are chopsticks I think his only option is to find some way to work around it

well, that is not accurate. Former Lakers Gabriel has some muscle, Luol Deng had some muscle. Bol potentially could get some muscle too. Please, do not be so shallow and use simple thinking arguments.

Why is the stigma that James Jones can't draft? He hasn't exactly had a ton of picks to make but Cam Johnson was a pretty good pick and maybe too early to tell but Camara might be solid too (Although with the wrong team)

Bol is absolutely better than what he has even shown. There is no doubt in my mind he was underutilized with Vogel, and I really hope Coach B doesn't make that same mistake! I also agree with you, he needs to bulk some and take the idea of lifting in conjunction with living on the practice court as the new norm if he really wants to move to the next level. I do agree he is probably best at the 4 but I sure hope that we see so much more lineup rotations this year as that was one of my biggest gripes about Vogel! There were times when the Suns had a 20-25pt lead in a game and instead of pulling the starters and letting the bench play and get good reg season minutes, Frank kept the stars on the court… I don't understand that mentality

I was ticked at Vogel for not playing Bol, especially when we needed him the most! His rotations were the biggest reason I wanted him gone. Next was losing the locker room and the players respect. Hopefully we have watchable and fun basketball, last year was not fun to watch.

The reason why bol bol wasn’t played as much was just cuz he can’t screen or box out well. He just doesn’t have the girth to set a solid screen or hold down the paint as compared to Eubanks and Nurkic. Cuz of that his role in the roster became very limited.

I dont see how you dislike james jones seeing that he was the GM that drafted Mikal, JJ, Ayton and secured CP3 who helped us make the finals. Everything happening last yr was really ishbia decision and not james jones. Jones has done a great job with his tenure we have the winngest % under him since the steve nash days.

Agree this dude has wild takes and can tell he didn't play ball other than at the YMCA. Jones is the reason we made the finals with a horrible owner in Sarver at the time.

Mikal over SGA. No idea who tf JJ is. Ayton over Luka. Jalen Smith over Halliburton. CP3 wanted to come her anyway, any GM does that move.

@Another30 @Another30 You are using recency bias. No one thought any of those players were going to be as good as they were. And Mikal is a great player so idk what the animosity in regards to him is. Also Haliburton wasn't chosen because of our needs at that moment. Same reason Ayton was chosen over Luka. Ayton and Mikal helped us make the finals which we would've won if it wasn't for monte Williams unwillingness to make changes .

@Another30 we had CP3 we didn't need Haliburton, we needed a PF which Jalen ended up not being that, buts also because we were exceeding expectations. We went from rebuild mode to championship contender immediately, everyone is forgetting that. Also with Ayton, this is my personal belief but I do think give different circumstances he would be a greater player. Monte Williams did not play him correctly and for the same reason why Jalen didn't work out is the same reason we have the Ayton we do today. They didn't invest in Ayton and training him. He was subjected to only getting the ball off screen and roles etc. Why do you think his highest PPG was his sophomore year and he digressed? That's not normal. For most big men they take longer to reach their peak about 5-7 years into the league. Ayton came in averaging 18ppg and 10+ rebs and he didn't improve because monte and how good phoenix became. If we were to start DA career over and put him as the #1 option in the same way book got to develop I'd as we'd easily see a 23+ppg scorer who grabs about 11boards per night. It's too late now though they ruined Ayton. Not saying 23ppg makes him better than Luka, but then it's like Michael vs Hakeem. No one bashes the rockets for taking Hakeem. Lastly, on Luka until he wins a championship I'm not sold that he's the ultimate piece that we passed up. He'd be no better than having KD. KD is a better player than Luka. I also think either Booker or Luka development would have been stunted in the same way Ayton's was because of Lukas style of play. You can't match up two ball dominant players in Book and Luka and expect them to lead you to glory.

Wrong jones is a great gm. Hes done wonders since coming it was the idiot before him Ryan McDonough. Jones got us to the finals with a horrible owner who never wanted to spend. The beal trade was not him that was are new owner trying to make a name for himself. Also putting on weight for guys like this isnt that simple and he still is working out look at kd his carrer has been jist fine for a guy who couldnt bench at the combine. Basketball players are about strenthing the legaments and plyometrics staying mobile and light on the feet.
