Sunset Beach Painting tutorial - Canvas Painting - Acrylic Painting For Beginners/Intermediate

In todays sunset beach painting tutorial for beginners and intermediate artists. We are going to learn to paint a sunset for beginners step by step.
This sunset beach acrylic painting tutorial is designed to teach you how to create realistic colours, how to use different types of brushes, how to paint a sunset in acrylic paints, how to paint sunset clouds, how to paint waves. So you can paint along at home and create an easy sunset beach painting for beginners and intermediate painters.
This is a canvas painting tutorial as I like to paint my canvas burnt sienna, but you can use a white canvas or white paper to paint your beach sunset painting.
Acrylics dry very quick, but, please have a hairdryer handy. As throughout this beach sunset painting tutorial. We can use the hairdryer to dry your work when painting on canvas and before adding another layer or to avoid colours mixing.
By taking your time with each stage you will learn how to improve your realism but also how to paint a sunset over the ocean painting.

It would be nice if you tell your beginners what brushes and size of canvas you are using. Also what brand of acrylic paint do you use? Tutorial detail is important.

I think it depends on the individual. As lots of people who watch at home may not be able to access the same paints and canvas. As they are watching from all over the world. So I try to make it as simple as possible. The canvas is a canvas board which is 16x12 inches. The paints I use are from a company called Pebeo. They have premixed acrylics called decocreme. In the UK they are available and not expensive. But depending where you are based they may be expensive or hard to get. The brushes are again from a company here in the UK. In the description box under the video there are amazon links to the same products or similar. But feel free to google them and look if you can get them near you. Hope that helps.

vedo che la pennellata è molto fluida e lunga ed il colore si stende facilmente... perchè a me, con il solo colore acrilico e pennello appena umido, dopo un pollice e mezzo, devo prendere altro colore dalla tavolozza? bagni il pennello con un fluidificante? Grazie

@@MSTEWARTPAINTINGS How do you mix some of these colours unique to this product line? For example Iris purple and Matt rose pink and others you use in your tutorials. We have golden and Liquitex and Regular Pebeo in Canada. Not the Decocreme line. Thanks
