I like it that you tell us what the real Bar Harbor's place names and locations are. Makes it more interesting. Given how the tidal flow around Bar Harbor functions, could this have been a checkpoint on solid ground which became an underwater location when all the ruckus happened, shifting currents, tidal strength, & flow patterns? Yeah, there is no way they put that much thought into it. That's what we fans do.

Is is possible that the whole scene could have been on a makeshift raft after the vessel on which they had been aboard was damaged, and they were making a last effort to get to a destination,and then their raft didn't make it either? Or is Bethesda just tweaking our noses once again to tie our knerdy brains in knots...oh well, in the end, who cares when there's a wee bit of loot involved?! 😁 Hank U for another intriguing underwater investigation, Mr. Thomas!

Seriously, Cy, who DOES that?! Uh...well, theoretically, the soil would be richer for plants, unless the chemicals used to treat the sewage somehow weren't disposed of properly and also seeped into the surrounding water and dirt...of course, a sewage plant that hadn't been used in over 200 yrs would be pretty clean, chemically speaking--both natural and synthetic--since in that amount of time, even most of the residual nuclear toxic waste would have either evaporated or become neutralized and/or inert, including those responsible for offensive odors...so, considering all of those factors, uh, sombody who is not COMPLETELY bonkers might consider building a 50-bed settlement at such a place...eheh😅😁
