Heyyyy, I feel late to the party!! I’m so used to seeing you the same day! Ya know, I realize I can pause and comeback later, but I really want to watch you all the way through!!! This project was so inspiring!! I loved watching you decorate. Even the idea of a simple journal, even binding it in another simple way, I don’t know, but my wheels are spinning!! Makes creating a JJ, not so intimidating. Please know, I think it’s adorable how you combine words! It’s so cute AND relatable!! Like when you put cute and cool together… kewl, it’s a great word!! 😂😂 I do this constantly. I just yell out “trademark” afterwords! 🤷♀️😂😂 ❤️❤️

Such a cute project. I made cookbooks last Christmas for my family members using thin wood for the covers. I wasn’t happy with the way they opened. I think if I had scored the paper, they might have worked better. Thank you for showing this. I’ll have to try it on my copy and get them all back to fix! I appreciate how you figure things out and share it with all of us. Your work is always impeccable.

This is a great idea! I have been gathering sewing-themed items for a sewing journal for a friend’s birthday in January. This will be a great feature since there often is a lot of measuring in sewing. The journal will be basically pink, so I will look into staining the ruler with pink ink.
@jamiemueller188111 ай бұрын
I had a thought about one of those old-fashioned thinner rulers (prob. less than 1/2 in inch) that were jointed. They opened up to be more than a yard long. They'd be perfect for this. I'm also thinking about using for a sewing journal. I love old sewing notions, language, threads, etc.
