Construction with red clay bricks, flyash bricks, aac block, interlocking bricks ,which is best in all aspects including cost of the total construction??

Sir.. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages ... Depending on purpose of building, our budget we could decide on which brick / block to use ... will make a video on it..

Why do we need sunshade. For high raised building, there is no sunshade. For uPVC window, do we need sunshade. Please explain, Sir

Yes they are necessary ..

You can go for aluminum with glass sun shade as well incase you didn't cast sunshade during initial house construction.

Dmapness occurs when there is continuous exposure to moisture or water ... During plastering care need to taken .. need to add water proofing chemical during plastering ... It depends on site conditions , water logging area ..
