As always a very fun filled video and beautiful stitching, the beginning of the video is such fun and informative please keep this going, I like the stitching as well, yet just hearing some of the things you ladies come across or someone in the comments give a jump start to different topics is cool. I am excited about the SAL “ PUT a bird on it”, this one I really hope to keep up. I have so many adversities on this current Sal I pretty much gave up, now that is not to say I will strive to pick it up again. So you ladies have a wonderful week and EJ have a great school week!😊

I love your chats before the stitching, so never shorten them as it allows us to get to know you! Here is what I spent from Amazon on Epson ink refill bottles: $19.95 for 5 bottles (two black, one blue, one yellow, and one red). The ones that came with the printer lasted 18 months and I print a lot as I am the secretary for one nonprofit and on the board of directors for another nonprofit. I print all my patterns in color too!! More importantly, these bottles are all recyclable!

Not shade from Sheila....😂. Love the stitching. It is awkward to quilt a large quilt on a regular sewing machine. You do have to roll up the extra fabric and then shove it in your machine. That is why I have started doing quilt as you go because it is easier to quilt smaller pieces and then stick them together. I am getting excited for the start of the 2025 SAL. I have my fabric and floss all picked out.

Good Sunday morning! I really like the pattern Data Portraits in Paris...the more I see it, the more I like it. Aren't the temperature charts kind of an eye opening experience? Living in Minnesota you would think we'd have a 75/25 split, or even a 60/40 to be generous, between cooler and warmer colors. I just got caught up on my chart last month (thanks to WIPGO!) and we had warmer temps starting in February and we're just recently getting out of the warmer temps...CUH-RAY-ZEE!!! W/regards to Sugarskull and the saying "since the beginning of time" --> it would be fun to hear how people express that concept, for example I often say (I've been working on that) "since Hector was a pup" or that it's "older than dirt". Enjoy your football games today, Shelia - I'll be watching the game tonight while I babysit my grandkids. SKOL VIKINGS! - Shelia, I'm the same way with quilting --> I love piecing the blocks but my least favorite part is putting the whole quilt top together. There's just TOO MUCH!
@SunshineStitchers2 ай бұрын
I love looking at the temperature charts from different areas. It's so interesting to see when and how the temps change over the course of a year. I had to stitch that afgan on top of a table. The biggest issue is that at least one of my cats would instantly know when I was working on it and jump onto the table to sleep on it. Now I had more weight.

Sheila I’m so confused, how do you have trouble going around all the extra fabric if you stitch one hand under and one hand over? I must have missed something. Thank you ladies!❤
@SunshineStitchers2 ай бұрын
I am primarily a 2-handed stitcher, but there are times when working with one is better. Even working with 2 hands, managing the extra fabric is heavy and awkward.
