Booked a stay here for later in the year with my family. So far the receptionist has been very responsive and patient, answering all my inquiries and so polite. We are really looking forward to spending some quality family time there.

Was….really excited about this place. Heading to Tobago in 2 weeks and reached out to the hotel about accommodation after watching your video. 5 days later…still no response! Extremely disappointed!!! If the hotel is reading these comments…add a booking calendar to your website. I’m coming from the US not from Trinidad for the weekend. International travelers like to be able to book things further out…FYI. Also…respond to potential customers even if you do not have rooms for the dates requested..a little customer service goes a long way.
