I just purchased an 2012 Floatlift and the previous owner never used the remotes. It has the RC306 unit and remotes, I put new batteries in the remotes, the red light does come on when I press a button but neither remote will pair using the method shown in the video. Any ideas what to check?

Bruce Rogers you might need to replace the Rc unit.

i have an old sunstream lift. have always had two remotes paired. both worked, but i changed the batteries in one and now i cant get it to pair. cleared the memory and paired one again, but cant get the other one to pair. any ideas? thanks

On the handheld remote that won't pair, does the small red light come on when you press the up or down button?

@JohnUlici-p3e 20 minutes ago My RC-308 stopped working when I needed to change the batteries for unit (12V) and the fob (LR-RCT4). Fob and unit batteries are new. Followed all the instructions in the Manual on erase and add fob, but no results. Contacted Sunstream - no real solution. Please help. Thank you!

John, Your RC308 has probably reached its age where it is no longer supporting new pairings to FOBS and assuming it only works from the 'up/down' on the base unit itself? Where are you located? It may be that you just need a new 4 button remote which is simple. Jack Hutchinson
