Its good for circulation of water, tho,l and to provide a waterfall effect, I'd suggest to use a small sponge filter or hang on filter with media

Yea the filter is quite, but if you put the waterfall tube, water dropping sound is there and I would suggest you should buy it if you want a waterfall effect and would have to put a sponge filter with it. As there is very small space to put the media in this filter ..

@@ameenullasAMG i want it for my betta so the waterfall will be perfect for him. As for the sound, my tank is near the bed so very little noise of waterfall will not bother. Thank you very much for all the info!

Yeah bro you can use it with a sponge filter. But isn't 1.5ft too small for angel fish, are they babies? 🤔

It's Venus aqua jp-208, it makes some noise though, if you want silent air pump go for air pumps from kintons, it's pretty silent , I use it on my 5 ft aquarium

Yeah, kintons doesn't make any sound but it's a bit costly than normal ones....
