Thanks!! the thing is that people think sununga is an easy place to skim, but its pretty hard. Those 4 guys were the only ones who managed to ride it really well during the contest and they got 90% of the good clips... i gotta use they're footage, that was the reality of the contest

First Song: DIY by Keep Shelly In Athens Second song: Seer by Witch PS: Sorry if you didn't like them. We can't please everyone. It was a hard decision choosing songs for this video and i think both songs fit really well with the skimming ( especially the second one, can't imagine any other song with those clips). There are not many songs similar to these 2 in the other UST videos, so if you don't like them, there are a bunch of other videos with different songs that you might enjoy.

Thanks, i agree with you. I like this video but not at all. The thing is that the contest was epic ( maybe the most epic ever ). The ust channel has the sickest skimboarding videos on youtube so this video was supposed to be the sickest skimboarding video ever on youtube, right? I agree. Im not the best editor ever and i can't do that epic thing everyone was expecting for... i had 2 weeks to make it and the video got the best it could.

how can you speak for so many people.. i think these edits are sick, yeah music may have gone downhill a little but this isn't a tutorial on how to skim its a video showcasing the event and the people that were killing it! at the end of the day if you want to get better its not behind a computer its getting to the beach and actually skimboarding.

sears, morgan and jason made it to the contest. Jason got seriously hurt in the previous week and couldnt compete. Sears lost in the first round and didnt get any good clips. MOrgan made it to the quarter finals but his clips are not as good as the clips in the video. The other riders didnt go to the contest... well thats a new skimboarding era. I miss watching these other guys in skim videos too =(

the editing on these videos are very unhelpful and bad in my opinion, other skimmers watching this want to watch the full run to the throw-down to the plane out to the wrap to the ride in so they can compare and pick up things these pros do on how to get better, also the music sucks 90% of the time, most people just want hear the natural sound of the waves..
