I have an unhealthy obsession with Mitch 😂😂😢 he's so beautiful and he sings beautiful and he has a beautiful personality and he's so funny ugh I love him do much. I haven't stopped listening to the "Thats Christmas To Me" album. I still listen to it even though it's way past Christmas I don't care I'm gonna sing to it and listen to it all year XD especially to hear Mitch's beautiful voice (and Scott's OMG and Kirstie)

IKR? "That's Christmas To Me" is their best album to date IMO. And I listened to it non-stop from October to December basically without stopping and I REGRET NOTHING IT IS PERFECTION EMBODIED! (Now I'm going back on their NON-Christmas stuff but PTX is on my Ipod more than any of my other music PENTAHOLIC FOR LIFE!)

From personal experience cutting out gluten not only helps with weight but also with how much energy you have. Energy that can be used to workout.
