Yeida as a whole is a flop show as far as current situation is concerned. Well in next 10 years it will be livable place. If the yeida property buyers think they can make money in next 2-3 years then they should forget. 90% of the property owners at yeida are investors. So habitation is not going to start till these go in the hands of real users
