For the accent issue it is understandable because Hrithik never did theater in his life he never gone to any acting institute and he was not the struggling actor (not mean negative way) but whereas people like irfan, nawazuddin, Aditya Shrivastava who's with Hrithik in this movie they all did theater for many years in beginning of their career. So they know vocalisation better then Hrithik...
