It’s just a worse version of Dragbat, better off just doing a normal Dragbat or just mix in a few inferno dragons with normal dragons

Is war weight still a thing? I've come back to the game after 5 years. Got a TH10 with max heroes and walls, but no infernos, and I still have a few lab upgrades left. Should I build those infernos and move to TH11, or wait until I'm nearly done with the lab? When I reach TH11, should I build my defenses straight away or is it still worth it to prioritize offense because of war weight? Thank you!
