I noticed some plastics on the wall of carnage. Did you replace with OEM or aftermarket? I have a rear fender that has some scars.
@TheCanAmCrew3 жыл бұрын
@@kylejackson2823 I replaced it with oem. I rolled it 2 weeks after i bought it so I wanted to keep it nice lol. After the second rollover I quite replacing plastic haha.

Wondering if a 1/2 uhmw trail skid from trail armor would prevent that.i already ordered mine ,will see.
@TheCanAmCrew3 жыл бұрын
I think it would. The xrc comes with the skid plate on the trailing arms as well and seems to hold up pretty good.

Realize this was awhile ago, but have you considered switching your x3 to long travel?
@TheCanAmCrew2 жыл бұрын
We haven’t. I’m actually very impressed with how ours handles. We ride with a 72” machine and there’s hasn’t been one time he did something we couldn’t or vise versa. If I upgrade someday I’d consider getting a 72 for the added stability

I've enjoyed ur maintenance videos. Can I ask, do you keep extra axels and arms with you every outing? Where did you buy those plates for sherries x3?
@TheCanAmCrew3 жыл бұрын
Thank you, we keep about 6-8 spare axles, carrier bearings, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, etc. just about anything you could break on the trail we keep with us. I would hate to be 4-5 states away and break the first day of the trip with no parts haha. If your talking about the rock sliders on Sheris x3, we got them from a guy named willie v Hubbard on Facebook.
@justinromano40833 жыл бұрын
@@TheCanAmCrew that's right, you did say that in the video. I've looked for those since I saw them. I like em.Compiling my list of parts for the new rig. But certainly dont want to over do it either. Thanks!

Can you measure how long your new trailing arms are. Someone says they are a inch shorter than stock.
@TheCanAmCrew3 жыл бұрын
Ya I can measure them when I get back to my garage. I couldn’t imagine they would be any different than stock or else the sway bar link, shock, axle, and radius rods wouldn’t bolt up in the correct spots.

@@TheCanAmCrew thats what I figure but someone posted it in the reviews on there website so now I'm im nervous. The price is on point with these I probably dont need to complain but the info for me and everyone else would be beneficial.
@TheCanAmCrew3 жыл бұрын
@@seanmuehlhauser9612 the satv high clearance trailing arm measures the same as the oem trailing arms. The only difference is the Oem has a rear bar that connects the top and bottom of the radius rod and the satv one does not.

You will need a wider offset wheel or spacers.
