Thank you for a beautiful pattern! I have written directions to the best of my ability for my use. If it helps anyone else, I am very happy. Make a Magic Circle Chain 3; double crochet 15 in the MC SS into top of first ch3 Ch3+1dc into same st Continue around circle with 2dc in each stitch for a total of 32. Slip stitch into top ch of first ch3. For next row, begin with ch3/dc in same stitch. In the next stitch do 1dc. Complete the circle following the pattern of 2dc+1dc for a total of 48. Slip stitch in top of chain, ch3. Continue row working in back loop only- dc in each stitch. Join to top if chain with ss. Chain3, then do one dc into the next 2 spaces, working in both loops. Ch1, skip the next ch. Continue around the circle doing 3dc followed by a ch1/skip. Slip stitch to join. Ch3. Repeat same as last row w/ 3dc+ch/skip for a total of 3 rows. Join with a ss, ch1 and cut. Start 2nd color. Join in chain space with ch3. Do 2 more incomplete dc, leaving loops on hook. See video at 8:51. I can not explain!😅 [In each “window”, do 3 incomplete dc,pull yarn through all 4 loops, chain 3, do 3 more incomplete dc. Pull through all loops, ch1, go to next “window”.] At the end of row, ss, ch1 and cut. Start 3rd color. In ch3 space, join new color with a ch3, then 5dc for a total of 6. In the ch1 space do a sc, then 6dc in the ch3 space. Repeat til end of row. As to join, chain 1 and cut. Base begins at 13:43.
