edit: I didn't see @xeruletas_xd's comment, yeah it's like the Konami Code lol. They quite literally want you to thread a needle using that janky presumably unused transformation in the secret room, the one that's on the top of the hub world and is like the Pizza Tower secret hub world areas with unused stuff. There's a purple arrow pointing to the exit so I guess that's how people figured it out. As for what to do when you're out of that area (which is probably the hardest part to even get to this point) I'm guessing you have to bring the power to the star of the hub world, maybe on that weird yellow spot like the one where you have to go though to find the Pizzelle area. Edit: I said the start of the mansion hub because of the whole "bo-ginning of the end" but I think that's just a ref to a old version's name. Either way I'm guessing now you have to fly into the first world's portal or something because of how the fake portal in this area shows the first world but I think a little different for some reason idk.

is it just me or does the new sprites seem a little too extra like the contrast between the idle sprite and the running sprites are so different, its weird

I would actually say the opposite, I enjoy how it doesn't hide the fact that it had different artists working on it but the more crude style similar to Pizza Tower's base one is really jarring and a part of me wishes Bo was just fully aesthetically pleasing.
