I remember we had a big aquarium growing up. The only two fish that would not give it up were our Pacu and our Tiger Oscar. That Tiger Oscar ate countless Silver Dollars, Gouramis, and Plecostomus. He survived a move and a week-long ice storm that knocked out power for 4 days. Bastard finally just committed suicide after nearly 11 years of living while we were cleaning the tank. We set him out on the back deck, and came back later to find he’d jumped out of the container. We finally found him dead at the foot of the deck (it was about 5 feet high). He went out like a G. On his own terms.
