If Joe Gibbs had been Bill Walsh or Jimmy Johnson and not called off the Hogs, this would have been the most lopsided game in the history of the Super Bowl. The Redskins came to play that day and, as much as I respect Coach Gibbs, I hate how his team's are just overlooked because they didn't care about winning by one or 100 points. They just won. And did it in a far more difficult division than the 49ers playing those great Giants, Eagles, and Dallas defenses. SF had to play the Rams, Saints, and Falcons? That's six wins nearly every year. And the Skins did it without without Montana, Young, or Jerry Rice.
