The true Darkness could be Hyper Drunk from Bubble Symphony, Super Dark Dragon from Rainbow Islands, and Bubble Memories, The Skel Bros, the remnants of Super Dark Dragon's Super Skel form from Bubble Bobble Part 2 NES/FC, or perhaps Khaostikahn from Parasol Stars. It has never been revealed, though since Symphony is the final game in the series timeline, it would have to be Hyper Drunk.
